Apartment Visualization 2/15

I was tasked with creating 15 different interiors from floorplan drawings and to ‘dress them up’ to make them look appealing to potential buyers.

I also had to create walk-though style animations for a couple of the apartments as well as some 360 views with no ceilings so you can cleary see into the apartment and all of the rooms available.

It was a very long but very rewarding project as learned a lot about effective lighting and rendering techniques in order to keep my render times down.

As I am unable to post all of the apartments here are some images from the second design I created!
